Usage Instructions
Unfolding the Guardrail:
Hold both sides of the folding guardrail with both hands and pull it upwards until it is perpendicular to the frame. A "click" sound indicates the latches are locked (check that both sides are fully locked to prevent loosening).
Placing the Tire:
Place the tire vertically with the tread facing inwards towards the guardrail.
Forklift Stacking:
Adjust the forklift forks to match the height of the frame bottom, slowly insert them into the bottom of the tyre stillages until fully in place, and lift the frame at a steady speed to stack the tires. When lowering, gently place the tires onto the lower frame, ensuring the frame corners are aligned.
Using stacking racks can make full use of the upper space, improve the utilization rate of the upper space in the warehouse, and achieve high-density storage.
Overview
The Truck and Bus Tyres Folding Rack is a professional storage facility specifically designed for heavy-duty truck and bus tires. Its innovative foldable structure and multi-layer stacking design solve the storage challenges of large tires, which are often bulky and difficult to manage. Constructed from high-strength steel, the rack can vertically store 7-8 large tires, stacking 4-5 layers when fully loaded and up to 20 layers when folded, significantly improving storage space utilization by over 300%, making it an excellent choice.
