Usage Instructions
**Installing the Support Fitting**
Align one end of the square/round tube with the frame sleeve and insert it horizontally to the bottom (ensuring full insertion).
**Placing the Tire**
Place the tire horizontally on the tire rack.
**Forklift Stacking**
Adjust the forklift forks to match the height of the frame bottom, slowly insert them into the bottom of the tyre stillages until fully in place, and lift the frame at a steady speed to stack the tires. When lowering, gently place the tires onto the lower frame, ensuring the frame corners are aligned.
Using stacking racks can make full use of the upper space, improve the utilization rate of the upper space in the warehouse, and achieve high-density storage.
Overview
This tire stacking rack for trucks and buses is a professional storage device designed specifically for heavy-duty vehicle tires. Its innovative multi-layer vertical stacking structure improves space utilization by over 300% compared to traditional flat storage methods. Constructed from high-strength steel, each rack can support up to 1100 kg (approximately 2400 lbs) and can store 7-14 standard truck/bus tires simultaneously. When fully loaded, it can be stacked 4-5 layers high; when empty, the square tubes can be removed, allowing for up to 20 layers, making it an ideal tire storage solution.
