Usage Instructions
Unfolding the Guardrails:
Hold both sides of the folding guardrails and pull them upwards until they are perpendicular to the frame. A "click" sound indicates the latches are locked (ensure both sides are fully locked to prevent loosening).
Placing Goods:
Stack goods on the stacking rack.
Forklift Stacking:
Adjust the forklift forks to match the bottom of the frame. Slowly insert the forklift forks into the bottom of the stacking rack until fully in place. Lift the rack at a steady speed to stack the goods. When lowering, gently place the goods onto the lower rack, ensuring the edges are aligned.
Using stacking racks can make full use of the upper space, improve the utilization rate of the upper space in the warehouse, and achieve high-density storage.

No tools are needed; one person can fold it in 30 seconds. The folded size is only 1/5 to 1/3 of its unfolded size (e.g., unfolded 110×160×110cm, folded approximately 110×160×30cm). When not in use, it can be stacked for storage, avoiding the "idle space" problem of traditional fixed racks.
