Usage Instructions
Basic Placement:
When placing a single stackable rack, ensure it is level, with all four corners touching the ground to prevent tilting.
Loading Goods: Goods should not exceed the height of the rack's guardrails. If exceeding this height, additional securing is required to prevent them from falling.
Loose goods must be secured with pallets or strapping before being placed inside the rack.
Stacking Operation:
Standard light-duty racks can be stacked 2-3 layers high, and heavy-duty racks 3-5 layers high. Stacking beyond the designated layer is prohibited.
The upper rack must be precisely aligned with the lower rack's positioning clips to ensure a complete and secure fit without any wobbling.
Moving and Retrieving:
Forklifts are required to move racks carrying goods. The fork tines must cover at least 2/3 of the bottom crossbeam of the rack. Lifting and moving should be done slowly.
Using stacking racks can make full use of the upper space, improve the utilization rate of the upper space in the warehouse, and achieve high-density storage.
Overview
Nestainer Rack is a nestable storage device designed specifically for heavy-duty goods. Its core advantage lies in the dual benefits of "1000kg high load-bearing capacity + nested storage when empty", which solves the problems of large space requirements and difficult turnover in heavy-duty goods storage. It is suitable for manufacturing, logistics and warehousing and other scenarios, achieving a perfect balance between heavy-duty storage and space optimization.
Specifications
Color and size can be customized. The size is compatible with standard pallets and can be seamlessly integrated with existing warehousing systems. It supports integrated turnover of "shelves + pallets" and reduces the number of times goods are handled.
Applications
1. Manufacturing Warehouse: Stores heavy-duty parts, machinery components, and metal raw materials, suitable for workshop production turnover and long-term storage, and standardizes the management of heavy-duty goods.
2. E-commerce/Logistics Heavy-Duty Warehousing: Handles home appliances, heavy cardboard boxes, industrial consumables, etc. Multi-layer stacking improves space utilization, and forklifts enable efficient inbound and outbound operations.
3. Hardware and Building Materials Industry: Stores heavy-duty goods such as pipes, profiles, and hardware tools.
4. Cold Chain Heavy-Duty Storage: Optional galvanized rust-proof models are available, suitable for low-temperature cold storage environments, storing frozen meat, large cold chain food items, etc., balancing heavy-duty and moisture-proof requirements.
