Usage Instructions
Unfolding the Guardrail:
Hold both sides of the folding guardrail with both hands and pull it upwards until it is perpendicular to the frame. A "click" sound indicates the latches are locked. (Check that both sides of the guardrail are fully locked to prevent loosening.)
Tire Placement:
Place the tire vertically with the tread facing inwards towards the guardrail.
Forklift Stacking:
Adjust the forklift forks to match the height of the frame bottom. Slowly insert the forklift into the bottom of the tyre stillages until fully in place. Lift the frame at a steady speed to stack the tires. When lowering, gently place the tires onto the lower frame, ensuring the edges and corners are aligned.
Using stacking racks can make full use of the upper space, improve the utilization rate of the upper space in the warehouse, and achieve high-density storage.

Constructed from high-strength steel, each rack can support up to 1100kg (approximately 2400 lbs) and can store 6-8 standard truck/bus tires simultaneously. Fully loaded, it can be stacked 4-5 layers high, and when folded down, it can be stacked up to 20 layers high, making it an ideal storage option for tires.
