① Components: Gather all tire rack components, including 1 base frame and 4 upright posts.
② Assembly: Insert each upright post vertically into the sleeves at the four corners of the base frame (ensure full insertion).
③ Finished Product: Assembly is complete once the uprights are inserted.
④ Storing Tires: Place tires horizontally on the rack in a barrel-stack configuration.
⑤ Stacking: Use a forklift to stack tire racks vertically, with tires loaded. Stacks can reach up to 1 to 5 layers.
Using stacking racks can make full use of the upper space, improve the utilization rate of the upper space in the warehouse, and achieve high-density storage.
Overview
The 1524×1524×1524mm tubular tire rack, also known as the 60×60×60-inch portable tire rack, is a stackable, modular tire storage solution. It consists of a high-strength welded steel base (without mesh panel) and four removable uprights. Its core design principle is “assemble when needed, store when idle.”

Vertical stacking allows for safe five-tier loading when fully loaded, converting warehouse “floor space” into “cubic volume.”
